It's funny I think most people assume you have to be a gym, or a fancy boutique studio to get in your best shape! Well I am here to tell you that although that can still be true you can get in your best shape right AT HOME! Here are some reasons why...

AT HOME WORKOUTS... WORK!


1. You don't have to leave the house

2. You can wear whatever you want

3. You can play YOUR music as loud as you want

4. You really DON'T need fancy equipment

5. Gym schedules don't dictate your routine

6. Results and recover are as far away as your kitchen

7. You can take 1,000 selfies to get the right one and don't have to explain yourself

8. Your pets can join in

9. After your workout you can SPRAWL out and BREATHE!

10. You can shower in your OWN shower right after!


At the end of the day it is all about your commitment to your health and fitness. Consistency is key but if you can take away some of the anxiety about leaving the house to get to the gym, finding a class, etc. you can get the same results at home and you can hire a personal trainer to help you design a program that will help you achieve you GOALS!
